Lots of names for this wonderful smelling minty plant.
The tea or the tincture have a strong spicy taste and are powerful antibacterials.
Usually by this time of the year my Bee Balm is covered with downy mildew but this year it looks to be mildew free. I am making lots of tincture and hanging some up to dry for tea.
