Friend or Pest? Ground Ivy or Creeping Charlie?

Spring brings mixed feelings as I view the Ground Ivy as one of the first plants up in all my gardens. I have created a compromise. I do take some of the Ground Ivy out each spring when it is overtaking other plants. I also harvest her for tincture and thank her for helping.

I have used the tincture for tinnitus and know of others who feel it helps with sinus headaches.
